Fried Tofu Rice Balls are one of the foods that I made quite often while living alone! It's cheap, easy to get, and delicious, so I often make it and eat it. Instead of making fried tofu rice balls using only the sauce and flakes in fried tofu rice balls, I will make fried tofu rice balls with more vegetables and rich flavors.

  • instant rice

Cooking Steps

There were onions and carrots in my refrigerator, so I added these two and made fried tofu rice balls.

I'll stir-fry the chopped vegetables with rice.
Heat the pan well and stir-fry the pre-mashed vegetables.
It's better if you add a little bit of salt and pepper.

One bag of fried tofu rice balls is for two people, so put in about two bowls of rice and stir-fry them together.

And stir-fry only the vegetable flakes in the fried tofu only set.
I won't use the sauce.

If you press it too hard, it'll pop, so gently fill the inside with rice!

Put the round rice in the remaining space of the fried tofu and shape it.
It's easier to make fried tofu rice balls after making them like rice balls rather than using a spoon or hand.
