I made jajangmyeon using solid jajangmyeon that was stir-fried by Ottogi himself

Wash 2 potatoes, 1 half onion, 2/3 carrots, and 3 cheongyang peppers thoroughly

Cut two potatoes into cubes

Cut 2/3 carrots into bite-size pieces

I added 3 cheongyang peppers to add spicy taste (choose according to your preference)

Grease a pot and stir-fry 250g of jajangmyeon pork
