Making Jjajang rice with Ottogi Gan Jjajang and Solid Jjajang
Following the solid curry, I made jjajang rice with the black bean sauce The jjajang rice was even more delicious when I cooked it with Ottogi's liver jjajang I also cooked noodles and made jajangmyeon. :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
I made jajangmyeon using solid jajangmyeon that was stir-fried by Ottogi himself
STEP 2/15
Wash 2 potatoes, 1 half onion, 2/3 carrots, and 3 cheongyang peppers thoroughly

Cut two potatoes into cubes

Cut 2/3 carrots into bite-size pieces

Cut one and a half onions into bite-size pieces
I added 3 cheongyang peppers to add spicy taste (choose according to your preference)

Grease a pot and stir-fry 250g of jajangmyeon pork
Sprinkle a little pepper on the pork and stir-fry it

Stir-fry the prepared vegetables together

Add 3C water and bring to a boil

One piece of solid black bean noodles is enough for one person
I used four pieces to make four servings
