First, season 250g of pork for japchae
Season with 2T of cooking wine, pepper, and salt

Remove the seeds from the inside of the 2 cheongyang peppers and shred them

The vegetables in the pepper japchae are ready

Stir-fry 7T of chili oil, 1T of minced garlic, and green onion in a pan
