Cooking Steps

Season the pork belly with salt and pepper.

Prepare rice.
STEP 3/7
Make seasoning by adding soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, oligosaccharide, citron syrup, and minced garlic.

Stir-fry meat on high heat without oil in a frying pan.

Put the seasoning in a frying pan and boil over high heat.

When the seasoning boils, add the stir-fried meat and boil it down over high heat.
