STEP 10/11

Please put the kimchi fried rice in a bowl. (Tip. I put quail eggs on it too. You can make fried eggs, scrambled eggs, etc. and plate them together. You can serve it with clean kimchi fried rice without anything.)
The sweetness of sugar plays a role in attracting your taste buds
The spiciness of red pepper powder stimulates your appetite
I was able to eat it deliciously with mashed ham that raises the flavor of kimchi fried rice^^
Personally, I liked the 1:1:1 ratio of sugar, soy sauce, and red pepper powder
The amount of sugar, soy sauce, and red pepper powder is reduced, so I think it would be better to make it to your taste!!
