Cooking bean sprout ramen
I've been craving bean sprout soup for a while, but I don't think I'll get the feeling of ordering food... So I ate bean sprout ramen that was boiled with bean sprouts. I usually don't eat in the afternoon, so I boiled it from the morning

Ingredients
  • Ramen
    1pack
  • Water
    450ml
  • Bean sprouts
    2handful
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2spoon
  • an egg yolk
  • leek
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash 2 handfuls of bean sprouts in 450ml of water, open the lid, and boil
STEP 2/6
Which ramen should I cook? Ding dong ding dong~ My choice is Jin ramen. I cut a lot of green onions and boiled them with white roots. I thought I'd get a little bit of water
STEP 3/6
I added soup and ingredients and added noodles. I don't cut the noodles in half. There's no reason. Rather than cutting it, I like it when the sides are long.
STEP 4/6
30 After about 30 seconds, dissolve the noodles with chopsticks when they absorb water and become soft
STEP 5/6
Red pepper powder I put in a big spoon and only the egg yolk. You can put in the egg white, but I'll just put in the yolk.
STEP 6/6
The yolk needs to be firm but it's broken. . Add green onions and finish. I like chewy noodles, so I boil the noodles only for 3 minutes
