Stir-fry tuna and sugar without oil in a heated pan.

Cut the cucumber in half, remove the seeds with a teaspoon, and slice them long.

Add sugar, vinegar, and salt to hot rice and mix well.

Spread seasoned rice on top of gimbap seaweed and cover it with plastic wrap.

After turning the rice over, place the cucumber, crab meat, stir-fried tuna, and avocado on top, remove the wrap and roll it.

Cut it into pieces.

Add sugar, vinegar, water, soy sauce, and sesame seeds and microwave them to prepare soy sauce.

Add sugar, vinegar, and salt to hot rice and mix well.

It's a cucumber pickle that my mom made it for me.
Prepare the cucumber pickle by cutting it long.

Spread the seasoned rice on the seaweed and turn it upside down.
I use seaweed feet in a disposable plastic bag.
If you do it right on top of the seaweed, put the wrap on the rice and flip it over.

Roll the cucumber pickle, crab meat, and avocado on top.

Turn the smoked salmon diagonally to wrap the kimbap.

Cut the gimbap into bite-size pieces and sprinkle the prepared soy sauce.

Sprinkle mayonnaise in a medicine bottle.

Put the fish roe on top.
STEP 16/17
Sprinkle teriyaki sauce on top.

Decorate with chives.
Salmon caliper roll is complete!!
If you turn the disposable plastic bag upside down and use it inside, you can just throw away the plastic after use, so you don't have to wash the seaweed.
