- Bulgogi mushroom soup made with leftover bulgogi. - Bulgogi mu
I really don't know what to name it. I don't really enjoy bulgogi, the representative of banquet food. Not all of my family members enjoy bulgogi, so even I don't make bulgogi without a special reason to make it. Rather, if you make it a little bit and grill it closely, add perilla leaves, slice raw onions, and make it a sandwich, the bulgogi on the table is always cold. This time, it's not because it's a feast, but it's used in the sandwich pack that I ordered, and there's some bulgogi, meat crumbs, and soup left. I have a strange habit of making kimchi soup and bulgogi soup, but I usually prefer to mix rice with bulgogi soup rather than bulgogi..lol (It can be bulgogi or leftover meat under galbitang during the holidays) Anyway, it's a food that I like to make with leftover meat. It's hard to name it because it's somewhere in the middle of hot pot, bulgogi, mushroom hot pot, etc., but it's really delicious Let me introduce.~~~~~

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Place bulgogi soup and crumbs in an earthen pot about 1.5 ladles.
(The ladle used at this time is not too small or too big, but it is generally used at home to make soup. It's about a quarter of a cup.)
STEP 2/8
A cup of water
STEP 3/8
Add chili powder and bring to a boil.
STEP 4/8
Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces, please.
STEP 5/8
When the soup boils, add the cut mushrooms.
STEP 6/8
Cut green onions and peppers
STEP 7/8
When the mushroom decreases in volume, add rice cake soup.
STEP 8/8
When the rice cake is cooked, add green onions and peppers and finish.
You can use bulgogi soup or braised short ribs soup, but it's good to remove the oil when it cools down. The bulgogi soup was enough for me, but if you don't have enough seasoning, please use salt to adjust it. It's better to put a lot of mushrooms in it. Choose the vegetables or mushrooms that go in according to your preference. (I used a large, palm-sized mushroom called Potabella, which is very common here. The mushroom is big, so one pot is full.)
