STEP 1/9
Add milk, whipped cream, sugar and earl grey tea leaves and microwave

Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 5 minutes, then sift and cool

In a bowl, combine the flour, flour, baking powder, salt, Earl Grey tea leaves, and sugar

Add cold butter, chop butter into small pieces
STEP 5/9
Add cold egg, coantro and cold Earl Grey mixture and mix until no raw powder is visible

After making a loaf of dough, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
STEP 7/9
Divide dough and bake at 180 degrees for 22-25 minutes

Pour glaze over chilled scone (see video for how to make glaze)

Before we begin: Cut and prepare cold butter
Be sure to use cold butter and work quickly so that the butter does not melt
Refrigerate milk tea brewed with Earl Grey tea, as well as eggs
I used a mixture of gravitational flour and soft flour. If you want crispy texture, use soft flour only. If you like soft texture scones, use gravitational flour
