It's a fantastic combination of spicy bibimmyeon and savory buttered abalone that I often make.

Ingredients
  • Abalone

  • Butter
    50g
  • small noodles
    200g
  • plum extract
    3t
  • Vinegar
    5t
  • Sugar
    2t
  • Red pepper powder
    2t
  • red pepper paste
    1t
  • Sesame oil
    2t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wipe the abalone cleanly with a brush.
STEP 2/6
Separate the intestines and abalone flesh and place the cuts on the abalone in the shape of a honeycomb.
STEP 3/6
Melt the butter first and bake the abalone on it.
STEP 4/6
Boil noodles, rinse them in cold water, drain them, and mix them with the sauce.
STEP 5/6
Place noodles on top of the abalone shell disinfected with vinegar and cut the buttergoi abalone into bite-size pieces.
STEP 6/6
Spicy noodles and savory butter-grilled abalone taste great when you eat them in one bite!
Add sesame oil to the end of the bibimmyeon and mix it again.Make sure to cook the abalone from the bottom and lightly grill the part with the cut.
