I didn't take songpyeon out of the freezer when I bought it, but when I made it with mattang, it was really sweet as the word crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Fry hardened songpyeon golden in heated oil.
*It can burn because it's rice cake, so you have to lower the heat to fry it well.
STEP 2/5
When it's golden, take it out and put it on a kitchen towel
Please remove the grease.

Combine cooking oil, sugar and oligosaccharide in a pan and bring to a boil.
*I have a lot of rice cake left, so I'll add 2T each
If you have only a little left, please add 1T each.

When it boils, add fried songpyeon and mix until there is no syrup left.
