  • Anchovy
  • a dried kelp
  • Sesame oil

  • Korean soy sauce

  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
If you make the broth first, you can make the veggies taste deeper
Add anchovies and kelp for broth and make broth.
(If you don't have it, you can skip this process and move on to number 2 and use regular water!)

Wash the bean sprouts clean
Put it in a big wok and pour water to cover the bean sprouts

Boil it. If the bean sprouts are half cooked

Please throw away the blanched water.

Pour the broth into the blanched bean sprouts about 2/1 of the broth

3T of sesame oil

Please add 2T of Korean soy sauce.

Add 1T of minced garlic and boil it over medium heat
