Wash chestnuts lightly under running water

Put water in a pot and steam chestnuts
I steamed it for 25 minutes and let it wait for about 5 minutes

You can peel it with a knife, or you can scoop it out with a spoon like me Whatever's convenient^^

Crush the chestnuts
This is my preference, but I like it with grains, so I ground it
If you want something soft, add water and blend in a blender
STEP 5/6
Boil chestnuts, water, and sugar in a pot
If you boil it down for about 10 minutes, the concentration becomes thick
STEP 6/6
Cool it down and store it in a disinfected glass bottle
It's so delicious when you eat it with grilled bread
Chestnut jam can be used to make pound cake or chestnut latte.
