STEP 1/11
Prepare vegetables by peeling and washing them.
STEP 2/11
Chop the potatoes into small pieces.
(If you're not good at cutting, be careful with your hands and use a chopping knife.)
STEP 3/11
To remove starch, soak potatoes in cold water for 5 minutes.
STEP 4/11
Slice the peppers diagonally, and shred the onions. (If the baby eats it, skip the peppers!)
STEP 5/11
Rinse potatoes in cold water two or three times and drain in a strainer.
STEP 6/11
Pour cooking oil into a pan
STEP 7/11
Add drained potatoes.
(Stir-fry over medium heat.)
STEP 8/11
When the potatoes are half cooked, add the onions.
STEP 9/11
When the onion starts to be transparent, add salt and pepper. (You can taste the vegetable deliciously if you make the seasoning not too strong.)
STEP 10/11
When the potatoes are fully cooked, add the peppers.
STEP 11/11
Stir-fry it over high heat for about 30 seconds so that the pepper color does not change and put it on a plate.
If potatoes have a lot of starch, the potato sticks to the lump when stir-frying, so make sure to remove the starch from cold water and cook it.
