STEP 1/8
It's water that washed the rice I'm going to cook beef soybean paste stew with rice water.
STEP 2/8
The bean paste is boiled by mixing two kinds. The dark color is my mother-in-law's doenjang. The slightly bright soybean paste is a commercial soybean paste powder that I made last year. If you strain out the beans and boil them, it's clean, so I tend to boil them through a sieve. I also put in kelp
STEP 3/8
The zucchini fell off... I couldn't put it in. I put it in the fridge. 1/2 onion, 1 saesongi mushroom, 1 potato, 2/3 tofu, 1 cheongyang pepper, 3 roots of chives
STEP 4/8
When the doenjang and kelp are ready, take them out and boil the onions and potatoes first
STEP 5/8
My mother-in-law told me to make beef radish soup, so I was cooking it yesterday, but my son doesn't like radish soup... "Why didn't you cook Soy Bean Paste Stew with meat?" So I left some beef. It's not a lot, but I left enough to cook soybean paste stew
STEP 6/8
Add the beef and then the mushrooms
STEP 7/8
When I cook bean paste stew, I don't put in ground garlic, but today I put in half a tablespoon of ground garlic because of beef. Because the color was cloudy, it felt like soybean paste soup, so I added 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder to make it darker
STEP 8/8
Add tofu, cheongyang pepper, and chives and boil them
