Boil the beef doenjang jjigae
The long holiday is coming to an end. I was going to organize my dishes and clothes during the holidays, but I couldn't do anything. The bean paste is boiled by mixing two kinds. The dark color is my mother-in-law's doenjang. The slightly bright soybean paste is a commercial soybean paste powder that I made last year. When I cook bean paste stew, I don't put in ground garlic, but today I put in half a tablespoon of ground garlic because of beef. Because the color was cloudy, it felt like soybean paste soup, so I added 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder to make it darker
