Please prepare all the ingredients.

Cut beef into bite-size pieces and season with salt, pepper and minced garlic

Cut all the other vegetables into bite-size pieces.

It's 2 cups of fried onion paper cups.

Fry potatoes in an oiled pan

Add a stir-fried onion with caramelize

We'll stir-fry it together.

Pour in hot water!

Add curry roux and boil it

The water starts to thicken when the lu is melted to a certain extent.

You can put the rest of the vegetables in.

Curry with lots of onions and beef is done!
Curry ripens in about a day rather than eating it as soon as it's made, so I think it's delicious when it gets thicker because the curry is soaked into all the ingredients.It's delicious if you put it on top of rice!It's good with baguette!It's delicious even if you just scoop it up!^^
