Making beef curry with lots of onions
I hated curry when I was young, but the curry I ate when I lived in Japan was so delicious. Since then, I often make curry with a lot of onions, but I think it became more famous because the Jongwon Baek man made stir-fried onions. Have a bowl of curry with plenty of vegetables, onions, and beef and cheer up!!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Please prepare all the ingredients.

Cut beef into bite-size pieces and season with salt, pepper and minced garlic

Cut all the other vegetables into bite-size pieces.

It's 2 cups of fried onion paper cups.

Fry potatoes in an oiled pan
STEP 6/15
Add carrots and stir-fry them
STEP 7/15
Add seasoned meat and stir-fry it.

Add a stir-fried onion with caramelize
STEP 9/15
We'll stir-fry it together.

Pour in hot water!

Add curry roux and boil it

The water starts to thicken when the lu is melted to a certain extent.

You can put the rest of the vegetables in.

Curry ripens in about a day rather than eating it as soon as it's made, so I think it's delicious when it gets thicker because the curry is soaked into all the ingredients.It's delicious if you put it on top of rice!It's good with baguette!It's delicious even if you just scoop it up!^^
