STEP 1/13
Prepare spinach by cutting the roots
Slice onions and carrots thinly.
Mushrooms don't matter if the neck isn't necessarily mushrooms.
It's delicious even with shiitake and oyster!
STEP 2/13
Soak enough glass noodles in cold water for more than 30 minutes.
If the amount is large, it is easy to make japchae after soaking it for about an hour.
STEP 3/13
Stir-fry the sirloin in a lightly oiled pan, long shredded for japchae. Add garlic and salt and stir-fry them together.
STEP 4/13
When the meat changes color, add onions and carrots and stir-fry.
You have to stir-fry it on high heat to prevent water from forming!
STEP 5/13
When the onion is half transparent, stir-fry the mushrooms and the rest of the vegetables.
STEP 6/13
When the stir-fried ingredients are almost done, put spinach on top
I'll stir-fry it a little bit. If you stir-fry spinach for a long time, the texture gets soft, so you have to turn off the heat as soon as you're out of breath.
STEP 7/13
I'll taste the ingredients and season them with salt
Since there is a lot of soy sauce in the japchae seasoning, it is better to season it not salty and bored.
STEP 8/13
Spread the stir-fried vegetables and meat on a large area, such as a tray, and cool it down. This way, it's clean and not clingy!
STEP 9/13
Add 4 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of brown sugar, 1 spoon of ground garlic, and a little bit of flower salt and pepper to make japchae seasoning.
STEP 10/13
Boil the soaked glass noodles in boiling water for 30 seconds
Don't just scoop it out and rinse it in cold water.
It gets harder as it cools, so you have to boil it until it's slightly spread out to make japchae without failure!
STEP 11/13
Shake off the dried glass noodles and season them with soy sauce. At this time, don't put all the sauce in, but season it to your taste.
STEP 12/13
Add cooled vegetables, meat, and 4 spoons of sesame oil to the mixed glass noodles and lightly mix them like shaking them off
STEP 13/13
Lastly, if you sprinkle sesame seeds, it becomes more delicious
If you make the seasoning in a bowl beforehand and add it little by little, it's easy to season it!
You have to cool down the vegetables to make them clean without being clingy. :)
