How to make rice with beef mapo tofu
It's good to make it when there's no side dish because it's a combination of soft tofu and spicy two heads.

  • Steamed beef

  • Cooking oil

  • Soy sauce

  • Sugar

  • crushed garlic

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps

Cut tofu into 2cm squares and soak in hot water for about 20 minutes.
STEP 2/7
Mix the minced beef with sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and pepper, and marinate it for a while.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry chopped green onions.
STEP 4/7
When the scented green onion comes up, stir-fry the marinated beef and rice wine.
STEP 5/7
When the beef is half-cooked, stir-fry it with soy sauce.
STEP 6/7
Stir-fry the drained tofu.
STEP 7/7
Pour the mapa tofu sauce into the warm rice.
Put tofu in hot water and use it to make it less mashed. It may break when stir-frying tofu, so hold the pan handle and shake it to mix evenly.
