Making dumplings for Chuseok (using leftover meatballs)
I made so many meatballs that I made dumplings with meatballs. If you have too many meatballs left on Chuseok, try making meatballs!

Ingredients
  • Korean style meatball
    7~10ea
  • Cellophane noodles
    1handful
  • Kimchi
    little
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • Sesame oil
  • the skin of skin

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare 7-10 pieces of meatballs, glass noodles, kimchi, flour, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Please prepare the glass noodles by boiling them in advance.

Make dumpling skin with flour dough.
STEP 8/10
Add the filling and make the dumplings quickly.

Steam the dumplings on a cloth for 10-15 minutes.
