Homemade pearl sugar sprinkled Schucket making chouquette
It's one of the easiest French snacks to make. It's a snack made of shu and baked with a big, non-melting "pearl sugar" on top.There are people who say it's Suga and there are people who say it's Suga.

Ingredients

  • Water
    250ml
  • Flour
    150g
  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add butter, water, sugar and salt to a pot and bring to a boil while melting the butter.
STEP 2/8
When it boils slightly, add all the flour and mix vigorously. Mix carefully so that it doesn't.
STEP 3/8
Place dough over low heat, toss with spatula and drain. Like making a ball. You have to blow away the moisture well so that the sugar doesn't go down.

Transfer to a bowl, spread thin and cool for about 5 minutes.

Now, break an egg and add it, and mix it repeatedly. Repeat until all five are put in.

If you mix all five of them together, you can make a thick and soft dough is done.

Usually, we make memes, but there are many people who don't have memes, and there are people who are lazy to use memes like me. I used two spoons.
I think it's a good size to hold the nickel-silver spoon about a quarter.

Sprinkle the homemade pearl sugar generously and bake it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. The oven time varies depending on the oven.

I think it's easy but not easy. There are times when you succeed and times when you don't, but you don't open the oven right away and open it a little to reduce the temperature difference, so it rarely sinks.
