STEP 1/6
Put 1 liter of water in a pot, slice ginger into small pieces and boil for about 30 minutes.

While boiling, peel the pear, cut it into pretty shapes with a cutter, and then insert whole pepper.
If you don't have a shape cutter, you can cut it nicely with a knife and cut it.

I used a flower-shaped cutter to put pepper in the middle.

What do I do with the leftovers after cutting with a cutter?? You can eat it or... I put it in boiling ginger water. Then...It reduces the amount of sugar
You can make a cool and sweet pear..
If you don't want to do this, you can leave it and grind it and drink it as juice...You can use it for the meat seasoning.

Remove ginger and ripe pear from boiling water...
STEP 6/6
Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon rice grain syrup, stir well and dissolve, then add the sliced pear and bring to a boil.
It's done when the ship is ripe and rises.
If you cool down enough and eat it cool, it tastes better.
I also put it in the refrigerator and tasted it.
It's clean and cool, and it tastes really good.
