STEP 1/15
First, I will sterilize the glass bottle to keep the can. Put half of the water in a pot and turn the glass bottle upside down.
Put it in boiling water and it may break, so put it in cold water first
STEP 2/15
After turning on medium heat, if water boils and bubbles form inside the glass bottle, boil for another 5 minutes
STEP 3/15
The glass bottle disinfected for 5 minutes is very hot, so take it out with tongs and boil the lid for about 1 minute
STEP 4/15
If you put the boiled glass bottle and lid on the kitchen towel, it meets the air and the moisture inside dries quickly
STEP 5/15
Use a paper tissue to thoroughly wipe off the moisture that hasn't dried up to the cornersBiting is the main culprit of the bear
STEP 6/15
Remove the grapes and wash them clean with baking soda or vinegar
STEP 7/15
And peel the grapes in a container with a scale
Grape: Water: Sugar = 1 : 1 : 0.3, so if you peel grapes in a measuring container, you can easily know the amount of water and sugar
STEP 8/15
Put 400ml of water and 130g of sugar in a pot and turn on high heat
STEP 9/15
When the sugar melts and it starts to boil, pour in the grapes
STEP 10/15
The sugar water with grapes creates bubbles
Boil for 3 minutes from the boiling point. Withering grapes for 3 minutes! Boil fresh grapes for 5 minutes
STEP 11/15
Lastly, if you add 1 spoon of lemon juice or lemon syrup, it adds a refreshing taste and improves preservation. If you don't have it, you can skip it :)
STEP 12/15
Put the boiled grapes in the bottle when it is hot, close the lid tightly, turn the bottle upside down, cool it down completely, and store it in the refrigerator
Cool it down and store it
When you open it later!! You can hear the sound :D
STEP 13/15
Boil it to the right extent. It's chewy
It's not that sweet, so I like it. If you really like sweet things, you can increase the amount of sugar
STEP 14/15
It's really good to mix it with soda or soda in a glass filled with ice. :)
STEP 15/15
Grape bong bong bong, which is so good to eat and drink lightly~ Enjoy everyone :)
1) I like a grape without seeds
2) Depending on how fresh the grapes are, change the boiling time
