Parboil a pack of chickpeas and tofu in hot water and strain them on a sieve

Put chickpeas and tofu in a food processor and grind them finely

Mix finely ground chickpeas and tofu with oatmeal, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda

Mix oil and eggs.

Mix buttermilk and sugar.

Pour the liquid into the powder above and mix

It becomes a thick dough, and add more oat and cocoa nips to add the chewing taste. If you don't want to be chewed, you can skip it.

The shape was so plain that I sprinkled more oat and cocoa nips on top to decorate it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.

Cool the pound cake out of the oven in a mold and take it out when it's cold.
Please use cinnamon powder because it catches the fishy smell of beans. When it's done, the cinnamon scent isn't that strong.
I don't really like sweets, so I cut down on a lot of sugar, but even if you use it twice as much as the recipe, it won't be that sweet
It has a lot of beans in it, so it's a light and light cake.
