Tofu & Chick Bean Pound Cake
I'm trying baking that can be made without flour. This time, I made a pound cake with tofu and canned chickpeas at home, and I introduce it because it looks good and tastes good.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Parboil a pack of chickpeas and tofu in hot water and strain them on a sieve
STEP 2/10
Put chickpeas and tofu in a food processor and grind them finely
STEP 3/10
Mix finely ground chickpeas and tofu with oatmeal, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda
STEP 4/10
Mix oil and eggs.

Mix buttermilk and sugar.
STEP 6/10
Pour the liquid into the powder above and mix

It becomes a thick dough, and add more oat and cocoa nips to add the chewing taste. If you don't want to be chewed, you can skip it.

Put it in a pound mold, please

The shape was so plain that I sprinkled more oat and cocoa nips on top to decorate it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.

Cool the pound cake out of the oven in a mold and take it out when it's cold.
Please use cinnamon powder because it catches the fishy smell of beans. When it's done, the cinnamon scent isn't that strong. I don't really like sweets, so I cut down on a lot of sugar, but even if you use it twice as much as the recipe, it won't be that sweet It has a lot of beans in it, so it's a light and light cake.
