Making fish cake udon
You can make it easily with fish cake and udon noodles Garak noodles and fish cake udon. If you make it in rainy or cloudy weather, you can eat it quite deliciously.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Add radishes (4 pieces) and kelp (5-7 pieces) to make broth.
- Depending on your personal preference and ingredients, such as kelp and anchovies, you can do it differently.

Add 5 to 6 cups water and katsuo broth (5 to 6 spoons) and bring to a boil.
- If you don't have katsuo broth, you can season it with regular soy sauce and salt.

Prepare fish cake, mushrooms, etc. while the broth is boiling.
- Fold it in 1/3 with wooden chopsticks and stick it in with square fish cake.
- The mushrooms were cut nicely.
STEP 4/10
Boil fish cake and mushrooms in boiling broth.
- As fish cake is boiled, the soup tastes cooler.
STEP 5/10
Separate 1 egg from egg yolk and egg white into egg garnish.
- It doesn't matter if you mix it and use it.
STEP 6/10
Please prepare vegetables.
- You can add vegetables such as green onions, crown daisy, and perilla leaves.
STEP 7/10
Boil the udon noodles in water and cook them.
- Boil in boiling water for about 2 minutes.
STEP 8/10
Boil the fish cakes and mushrooms in the broth one more time to cook well.
- You can taste the soup in the middle and adjust the seasoning with salt.
STEP 9/10
Add the boiled noodles and fish cake and soup to complete.
- It looks more delicious with red pepper powder.
STEP 10/10
If you like spicy food, you can add more chili powder.
- Personally, I added more red pepper powder to enjoy the spicy taste more.
