- Fold it in 1/3 with wooden chopsticks and stick it in with square fish cake.
- The mushrooms were cut nicely.

Boil fish cake and mushrooms in boiling broth.
- As fish cake is boiled, the soup tastes cooler.

Separate 1 egg from egg yolk and egg white into egg garnish.
- It doesn't matter if you mix it and use it.

Please prepare vegetables.
- You can add vegetables such as green onions, crown daisy, and perilla leaves.

Boil the udon noodles in water and cook them.
- Boil in boiling water for about 2 minutes.

Boil the fish cakes and mushrooms in the broth one more time to cook well.
- You can taste the soup in the middle and adjust the seasoning with salt.

- It looks more delicious with red pepper powder.
