Trim the bean sprouts

Cut the bean sprouts into 4 pieces so that the baby can eat them

Wash it in cold water.

Boil 500ml of water, add bean sprouts and blanch for 3 minutes (without closing the lid).

*When blanching bean sprouts, you have to close the lid from beginning to end or open it to cook it so that it doesn't have the unique fishy smell of bean sprouts. I usually open the lid and cook it
*If you blanch bean sprouts in boiling water for too long, the texture will get mushy and tough, so keep it for 3 minutes
