  • Canned chicken breast
    1ea
  • Seaweed
    1handful
  • perilla oil
    2TS
  • Chicken stock
    1.5TS
  • Water
    700ml
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
After washing the soaked seaweed well, drain it
Stir-fry 2 tablespoons of perilla oil in a pot.Stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
STEP 2/6
Add 700ml of water and boil it.
STEP 3/6
When the water boils, add half a tablespoon of minced garlic. (Choose three garlics)
STEP 4/6
Throw away the water in the chicken breast can and put only the meat.
STEP 5/6
Add 1 tablespoon of liquid chicken stock and bring to a boil.
STEP 6/6
If it's too bland, add soy sauce or salt to make it taste it's done!
Seaweed soup is delicious the next day after cooking, so I make it the night before.
