Two eggplants
a quarter of a carrot
a quarter of an onion
1/2 root of green onion
2 pieces of garlic (minced garlic is available)
a tablespoon of oyster sauce

Cut the eggplants.

Cut the carrots, too.

I'll cut the onions, too.

Cut the garlic, too.

Add enough oil to the pan
Make green onion garlic oil before the pan heats up.
(Please use only 1/2 green onion.)

Since carrots are the hardest, stir-fry them first.

Next, stir-fry the onions.

Stir-fry the eggplants.
STEP 10/12
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry again.

When the vegetables are out of breath, add 1/2 green onion and stir-fry lightly

Turn off the heat, add a bit of pepper and sesame oil, and add sesame seeds to make it look more professional Haha
