[UK Kitchen] (No Egg) Ginger Biscuits dipped in black tea
It's a biscuit with ginger and cinnamon powder that spreads the scent in your mouth. It's the same biscuit as the gingerbread man used for Christmas. I made it often from autumn to winter and made it on top of tea and eating it :D

Place in preheated oven at 160 degrees and bake for 12 minutes
Compared to the ones that sell ginger and cinnamon powder on the market, my biscuits have a strong scent because they have a large amount. Even if you take a bite, the scent spreads in your mouth and the aftertaste is a bit spicy If you don't like the spicy taste, add a small amount of ginger powder!

I gave it to several people, but one is salty, one is sweet, and the other is bitter... After making it, I think it's not baking soda and baking powder, but an or condition... It's written because there's too much baking soda in it And it's a ginger cookie, but I think there's too much cinnamon in it It became a cinnamon cookie... When I made it, it was pulverized like a sandy beach, so I added milk and water little by little. Hmm... I think I didn't have to put it in after I put it together with my hands. (Interesting)... It's a cookie, but it's fascinating that it's inflated by adding soda! But when it was half baked, I got a bad review, but in the end, I got a good review... I think it'll work out well if I add a few more ingredients lol
