Please prepare the ingredients.

Spread the jujube thinly and remove the seeds

Chop it up moderately.

Parboil the fried tofu in boiling water (500ml) for 1 minute.

Remove the blanched fried tofu and strain it in a strainer

Cut the cold fried tofu into appropriate sizes.

Put the fried tofu in a bowl and mix 1t of baby soy sauce, 1t of sesame oil, and 2t of pear juice

Stir-fry pine nuts, dates, and sunflower seeds in a frying pan over low heat.

When it's fried enough, add the fried tofu
STEP 10/12
Pour 100ml of water and stir-fry while boiling.

When the water is almost boiled down, turn off the heat and finish

Drum roll! Fried tofu and nuts are done!
*Dried dog and stir-fried chicken are one of the favorite side dishes of my 22-month-old son, Ro Woon.
*The fat and fat are not seasoned! Use raw or frozen fat.
*When frying in a frying pan, grill in a dry pan without using oil.
*When stir-frying fried tofu mixed with seasoning, add 100ml of water and boil it down to make the texture soft and the fried tofu and nuts blend well.
