Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash lettuce clean, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/5
In a large bowl, combine red pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper (one tap), and sesame oil.
STEP 3/5
Place the trimmed lettuce in a bowl of sauce and mix well.
STEP 4/5
Pour cooking oil into a frying pan and make a fried egg.
STEP 5/5
Put the well-matched lettuce and fried egg on the warm rice, and the delicious lettuce bibimbap is completed.
When you mix the sauce with lettuce, you have to mix it gently so that the lettuce doesn't get soft and crunchy.

If you reduce the amount of red pepper powder, I think you can eat it deliciously! I ate it very simply

It's good, but it's a bit spicy for me, so I'm going to eat less chili powder from now on! Thank you.
