Cooking Steps

I cut the zucchini into half-moon shapes.

Cut onions into bite-sized pieces to make them easy to eat.
STEP 3/7
1/3 spoonful of salted shrimp, a little pepper, and 1 spoonful of minced garlic are basic.
If only adults eat it, it's better if you add red pepper powder because it's spicy.We took out spicy ingredients because it's a side dish for kids.

Put 2 spoons of cooking oil in a frying pan preheated over high heat and stir-fry minced garlic first.

When the garlic scent comes up, stir-fry zucchini and onions Turn the heat down to medium when it's half cooked.

Add 1/3 spoonful of salted shrimp and stir-fry more.Usually, vegetables are stir-fried over high heat, but stir-fried zucchini is more chewy. I think it's better to stir-fry it gently.The point is to cook slowly so that the vegetables can produce enough moisture!!
If it tastes bland, add more salted shrimp soup.

Lastly, add sesame oil and sesame seeds. That's it! It has salted shrimp in it, so delicious zucchini vegetables are completed.^^
