Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Please prepare cold rice, pork belly, and vegetables in the refrigerator.

Chop the green onion and cut the pork belly, onion, green pepper, paprika, and mushrooms into bite-size pieces.

Grease a frying pan with cooking oil and stir-fry green onions.
STEP 4/12
If you smell green onion, add pork belly and stir-fry it.
Season pork belly with salt and pepper.

When the pork belly is cooked, add onions and mushrooms and stir-fry.

I also added bell peppers and paprika to add color.

Stir-fry for 2 more minutes and add 2T of oyster sauce and 1T of teriyaki sauce.
