Making Smoked Salmon Sushi
I liked smoked salmon and sushi, so I was thinking about what I could make into smoked salmon, so I made it. I think you can eat sushi simply at home.

  • Smoked salmon

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
They make rice for sushi.
- Add a spoonful of salt, a penny of sugar, and a penny of vinegar.
- I added a little less than a percentage of salt and sugar.
STEP 2/7
Make a sauce to sprinkle on top of sushi.
- There are cases where mayonnaise is mainly made, but I tried not to put it in as much as possible.
- One small yogurt, 1/2 spoon of minced garlic, mayonnaise (very little or no need), 1 cent lemon juice
- Mix it well.

Please make a shape with rice in a suitable size.
- The rice might stick to your hands, so it's good to put some water on your hands.
- Apply some pressure so that the shape of the rice doesn't get messed up later.

Put mustard on the rice, please.
- You can adjust the amount according to your preference.

Place defrosted smoked salmon on top of sushi.
- Cut smoked salmon into appropriate sizes, and place one at a time on top of sushi.

Place the pre-cut onions on top.
- Soak the sliced onions in water to remove the spicy scent, remove the water, and place them on top of the salmon.
STEP 7/7
Put the sauce on top of the onion and it's done.
- Put the onion on top, and put the sauce on top.
- The smoked salmon was seasoned to a certain extent, so no separate soy sauce was used. You can make it according to your personal preference.
It is recommended to remove moisture from the onions.
