I made the cloud bread that was popular recently with an air fryer.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare each ingredient, but use only the whites of the eggs, take them out to room temperature in advance, and cool slightly.

Put the egg whites at room temperature and add meringue. If it's like a beer bubble

Add sugar, please. Generally, if you cut it off and put meringue on top, it's stronger, but the amount is small, so we put all of it in and made meringue.

I'm going to add the starch powder that I prepared in advance. Put it in and finish making meringue.

First, place the meringue on top of the parchment paper

Trim the shape with a scraper or a thrifty spatula. If it comes out a little, it feels a bit bumpy.

Now cook it in the air fryer at 140 degrees for 20 minutes to complete.

The texture is interesting and it tastes like normal egg bread with only white
You have to put the meringue on top to make it easier to shape and it doesn't die easily even if you touch it for a long time.
