Simple breakfast~ Avocado & Salami open sandwich
It's simple but you can eat a lot of avocado in the morning It's an open sandwich with salami ^^

  • Avocado
    1/2ea
  • Pepperoni
    2piece
  • salad vegetables
    1/2handful
  • lemon juice
    1ts
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
    little
  • Paprika Powder
    1/2ts
  • Balsamic cream
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Please prepare the ingredients.
Instead of salt and pepper, I prepared herb-flavored salt. Grain bread is prepared in a pan or air fryer. (I baked the air fryer 180 degrees for 3 minutes.)
STEP 2/8
Separate half of the avocado from the skin with a spoon.
STEP 3/8
A separate avocado.. I'm not pretty today, but.. Cut it into regular sizes with a knife^^.
STEP 4/8
Sprinkle lemon juice over avocado.
STEP 5/8
Divide half a handful of salad vegetables on top of a grain bread slice and place lightly on top of avocado slices.
STEP 6/8
Place halved salami on top of avocado.
STEP 7/8
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, pepper and paprika on top.
(You can skip salt and pepper depending on your preference.)
STEP 8/8
Sprinkle or garnish with balsamic glaze on the top and it's done.
Paprika powder, lemon juice, and balsamic glaze make the avocado taste better while controlling the greasiness. Avocados are rich in vitamins and minerals, so they are good for your health. Cream cheese will taste better on bread. ^^ Without bacon or ham instead of salami They say it's good.
