Cut off the egg strings and stir well.

Add condensed milk and salt and shake it

Add butter to pan and melt first over medium low heat.

When butter melts, add sufficiently soaked bread in egg water and bake until golden brown.

Grill it back and forth until it's golden brown.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with syrup if it lacks sugar.

It's good to sprinkle sugar when it's hot as soon as you fry it.
It's much softer and better if you soak enough bread in egg water and put it in the refrigerator and fry it when you want to eat it. Be aware that there is too much egg water, but if you leave the bread wet in the refrigerator, the bread will be loosened, so put enough bread to absorb the egg water and put it in the refrigerator.
