Jeong Food Soybean Soup Kitto Fondue Tofu Burger
I made fondue using bean soup and made a healthy Keto-style tofu burger.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Trim the ingredients.
1) Cut tofu into 1/4 pieces and cut it horizontally one more time
It makes a total of eight.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to remove moisture and season.
2) Tear oyster mushrooms 2-3 times by hand.
3) Cut cherry tomatoes 1/2 horizontally
4) Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

3. Put butter on a pan.

4. When the butter melts, cook the tofu back and forth until golden.

5. Put butter in a pan, stir-fry oyster mushrooms, add brewed soy sauce and oligosaccharide and cook.

6. Put the bean soup, bean soup, and mozzarella cheese in a pan and boil it. When the cheese melts, add glutinous rice flour
Stir until no powder is visible.

7. Jeong Food Soybean Soup Cheese Fondue is complete!!

8. Spread whole grain mustard over cooked tofu.

9. After applying 8 times, put lettuce -> cherry tomatoes -> fried mushrooms -> regular food bean soup fondue on top.

10. Cover it with tofu.

1. Other cheese such as cheddar cheese can be used instead of mozzarella cheese 2. Mushrooms can be replaced with other mushrooms such as shiitake mushrooms in addition to oyster mushrooms
