Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Essential ingredients: 10 shiitake mushrooms, 1 red pepper, 1 cheongyang pepper
Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of sugar + 4 tablespoons of soy sauce + 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 2 tablespoons of cheongju instead of cheongju
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
STEP 2/9
Remove the bottom of the shiitake mushroom and shake it off without washing it with water and divide it into quarters.

Slice Cheongyang red pepper and red pepper diagonally.
STEP 4/9
Add 2 sugar, 2 cooking wine, 4 soy sauce, and 3 tablespoons oligosaccharide and bring to a boil over medium heat.
