STEP 1/13
Material Handling Tips
Pork belly is easy to cut when it is slightly frozen. (It is good to add about 1 geun when cooking for 4 people.)
Before cooking, put the rice in a bowl and cool it down
STEP 2/13
The bottom part of asparagus is tough, so cut about 3cm and the top part about 1.5cm
(If you like soft texture, cut the bottom part about 5cm.)
STEP 3/13
Blanch the trimmed asparagus with 2T vinegar in boiling water for 1-2 minutes or add 2T vinegar in hot water of water purifier for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 4/13
You can cut pork belly about 2cm. (It's easy to cut when it's slightly frozen.)
If you don't have pork belly or don't like it, you can replace it with beef or spam.
STEP 5/13
Cut the asparagus into 1cm pieces in hot water. (If you cut it too big, it won't cook well.)
STEP 6/13
Here's what the ingredients look like.
Cut potatoes and onions into 1cm x 1cm pieces.
(If you like the texture of vegetables, you can cut them into bigger pieces.)
STEP 7/13
Serve with green onion oil before starting fried rice.
Add 1/2 paper cup of cooking oil, add green onions, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
(If you stir-fry green onions in too low a temperature, it absorbs all the oil, so pour the oil, heat it for more than a minute, and then add green onions.)
STEP 8/13
Stir-fry the green onions and stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes. (You have to stir-fry them on high heat.)
STEP 9/13
When the pork belly is cooked white, add the prepared onions and potatoes, add 1/2T salt, 1/2T pepper, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
(Keep stirring to make delicious fried rice.)
STEP 10/13
Next, put blanched asparagus in vinegar water, add 1/2T salt, 1/2T pepper, and stir-fry for 3 minutes
STEP 11/13
Lastly, add the first cold rice
(You can add hot rice right away, but it tastes better if you add cold or cold rice.)
STEP 12/13
Stir the rice, asparagus, and pork belly to mix well, then add 2T of oyster sauce and stir to mix well
(If you don't have oyster sauce, you can season it with salt and pepper.)
STEP 13/13
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry it for 3-5 minutes, and asparagus pork belly fried rice is done.
(You can add a baby according to your preference, and I recommend you to make the fried egg according to the number of people.)
I recommend cold or cold rice
Blanch asparagus with vinegar in hot water
Stir a lot to mix the seasoning and vegetables evenly
