Cut the radish into rectangular pieces and cut the green onions at 2cm intervals.

Chop the onion, and chop the beet thickly.

Put 1 tablespoon of glutinous rice powder and 400ml of bottled water in a pot, mix well, and stir gently over medium-low heat to make glutinous rice paste.

Put 1 onion, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, a little ginger, and 200ml of bottled water in a blender and grind finely to make the seasoning.

Add radish, ground seasoning, beet, glutinous rice paste, and 2L of bottled water to a bowl and mix well.

Next, add 5 tablespoons of plum juice and 1.5 tablespoons of salt.

Lastly, if you add green onions and mix them gently, you're done with fresh and cool beet water kimchi.
