STEP 1/9
Prepare the ingredients.
Beat in the yolk and add sugar and vanilla sugar (optional)

Please prepare coffee water (150ml of machine coffee + 20g of sugar).
(Replaceable with 2 bags of black coffee.)

Mix with an electric whisk until white.

Mix the whites with an electric whisk until they are horned.

Mix the mascarpone cheese
Add the yolk sugar dough twice
Mix with electric whisk 1st stage.

Put the white meringue in 4 times with a spatula
Mix it lightly.
Be careful not to burst the bubbles!
Cheese dough is done.

Place the coffee-soaked saber-ardi in a prepared bowl or container.
(Cut and prepare according to the size of the container)

Raise the cheese dough by 2-3cm.
STEP 8/9
Add the coffee-soaked saber-ardi on top.

Place cheese dough and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
I leave it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours
I'll take it out the next day, and on the top
Put the cocoa powder back on
If you give it to me, it's done.
You can make the coffee thicker or lighter to suit your taste and adjust the amount of sugar.
For containers, you can use bowls and glass containers at home.
If you spray cocoa powder on top of the cream
It's soaked in and tastes better.
