Zucchini and vegetable fried rice
I made fried rice with zucchini as the main ingredient. It is a good dish for children and the whole family to eat together.

  • Oyster sauce

Cooking Steps

Chop the carrot into small pieces.

Chop the onion into small pieces.
STEP 3/7
Cut the zucchini into bite-size pieces and prepare them.
STEP 4/7
Grease a frying pan with cooking oil, add carrots, onions, and zucchini over medium heat, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry.

When the surface of the vegetables is golden, put the eggs in the middle of the pan and stir-fry them like scrambled eggs, then mix them with the vegetables.

When the eggs are done, add a bowl of rice and stir-fry with oyster sauce.
STEP 7/7
When the vegetables and rice are fried evenly, turn off the heat and mix it with sesame oil.
When you cook fried rice, you need to cool it down before you eat it^^
