  • Sugar

  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add all the glutinous rice flour and knead with hot water.

Shape dough into a round shape.

Boil in boiling water until it floats.

Add water, mirin, soy sauce, sugar and starch and simmer until thickened.

You have to put in ice water as soon as possible to make it more sticky.It's supposed to be grilled.Bake for a minute.
