1-1. Slice carrot and cabbage thinly
(Make the onion a little big)
1-2. Place 2 lettuce slices on a plate

Stir-fry carrots, onions, and cabbage with cooking oil

3-1. Stir-fry commercial gopchang together
3-2. Put water in another pot and boil the soaked rice cake
STEP 4/6
Drain the rice cake and stir-fry it in a pan

5-1. It smells spicy, so add additional seasoning, stir-fry it, and transfer it to a plate
5-2. Put cheese on top

Decorate it with 1 boiled egg in the refrigerator and it's done!
The sauce on the gopchang was so spicy to my taste that I neutralized it by adding other spices, but it was a bit spicy, so I almost got burned. If you like me, add a little bit of water to the glass noodles or ramen noodles, and cook it with less seasoning from the beginning!
