Gyeonggi Rice Kawaji No. 1 Rice Pot Rice Square Gimbap
I made a square gimbap with delicious Gyeonggi rice Kawaji No. 1. It's good to pack in advance the day before and eat simply on a busy morning.

STEP 1/19
We're going to make rice with Gyeonggi rice Kawaji No. 1 rice and make a square gimbap. Kawaji No. 1, which contains the meaning of the first cultivated rice seed "Kawaji Rice Seed" on the Korean Peninsula, is said to go well with gimbap.

Before wrapping the square gimbap, wash the rice first and soak it for more than 30 minutes to cook the pot rice.

While soaking rice, boil 500ml of water, add 1 piece of kelp 5cm and drain 5 minutes later to make broth. I just used water that day because the kelp ran out. If you use kelp stock, it tastes better, so I recommend using broth if possible^^

Now put the soaked rice and 300ml of kelp stock in the pot.

It's important to control the heat when it comes to hot pot rice. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes on high heat the size of the bottom of the pot 10 minutes on low heat 5 minutes on low heat.

Now season the rice to wrap the kimbap. If you cook rice in a pot with 2 cups of rice, you'll get 2 full bowls, but I only used one bowl.

Kimbap laver, spam, eggs, seasoned rice, and mousse beetle. I used this because I have a frame, but if you don't have one, you can use a spam can.

First, sift the eggs. Spam is seasoned and rice is seasoned, so I didn't season the eggs.

Roll an egg roll in a preheated pan over low heat with a little oil. Think of it as a thick egg garnish.
