Cooking Steps
STEP 1/18
I prepared Gyeonggi-mi Cham Dream, which is perfect for simple and non-irritating Korean food This is perfect for cooking porridge ^^
STEP 2/18
Wash a cup and a half of rice, soak it in water for an hour, and sieve itThe more you soak it, the shorter the cooking time
STEP 3/18
You can just put seaweed fulvescens in and boil it, but I prepared some vegetables. Prepare as much vegetables as you want with what you have at home
STEP 4/18
Make sure the vegetables go well with the porridge
I'll cut it into small pieces
STEP 5/18
And there are two dried seaweed. It's very convenient because you don't need to take care of it or clean it and just dip it in the food
STEP 6/18
I prepared rice shrimp that will add more flavor If you don't have rice shrimp, it's good to grind dried shrimp and use it, and it's annoying. If you do, skip it ^^
STEP 7/18
Put 2 sesame oil in a pot on medium low heat
Add drained rice and stir-fry it for 5 minutes
STEP 8/18
Add 3 spoons of rice shrimp and stir-fry it for 2 more minutes
STEP 9/18
When the rice and shrimp are cooked, add 9 cups of water and kelp and turn on high heatWhen boiling porridge with rice, the ratio of rice to water is 1:6!
STEP 10/18
When it boils up, take out the kelp, cover the lid diagonally so that it doesn't overflow, and turn it over medium heat! Boil it for 20 minutes
STEP 11/18
After 20 minutes, add the chopped vegetables, 1 tuna extract, and 1 soy sauce, and boil it for 3 more minutes! I'll add salt at the end for the lack of seasoning
STEP 12/18
While the vegetables are boiling, put the dried seaweed cubes in a cup of water and dissolve the seaweed
STEP 13/18
If you put it in water and stir it a little bit, it quickly becomes harder if you put dried seaweed in a thick food like porridge
So please untie it in advance and put it in
STEP 14/18
Lastly, add seaweed fulvescens and boil it for another minute. Add seaweed fulvescens at the end
You have to boil it for a little bit to make the scent and color alive
STEP 15/18
Lastly, season it with salt and sprinkle pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to suit your taste
STEP 16/18
The texture of the rice grains spreads to the right extent, so the unique smell of rice is really delicious! The dead taste made by stir-frying good rice is great
STEP 17/18
It's good for your health because you can taste the flavor if you add shrimp and add less seasoning If you don't have shrimp, put a pack back in and boil it together.
STEP 18/18
I hope you have a bowl of seaweed soup with a good smell of the sea and a comfortable day. :D
1) Store the porridge for more than two days and do not season it. Then the porridge will melt When that happens, season it with the bowl in front of you^^
