STEP 1/8
A lot of thick crunchy peppers are used for fried peppers.
So, wash it clean under running water.
STEP 2/8
And I need to leave the tip, but if it's damaged like me, please cut it.
STEP 3/8
I need to make fried dough, but if you have frying powder, use only frying powder.
If you don't have it, you can do it like me.
It's not too watery, but it's good if it drips
STEP 4/8
And most importantly, if you just fry the peppers, the water fills up and it pops up in the middle.
So you have to make cuts in the middle.
STEP 5/8
Put the sliced peppers in the batter and coat them evenly.
STEP 6/8
Cooking oil is okay as long as it's fluttering down here.
Heat it over high heat and lower it to medium heat.
It's the timing when the dough comes up when you drop a bit.
STEP 7/8
And put it in the heated oil, and if you want to put a lot of batter on it like me when you make fried peppers, you have to put it in right before frying it.
STEP 8/8
It's done when it's fried in front and back!
Make sure to make cuts in peppers
